Bunjilaka Aboriginal Cultural Centre
The Melbourne Museum is home to the prestigious collections of the Bunjilaka Gallery. More than just a gallery, this Aboriginal Centre is dedicated to the indigenous populations of Australia.
The Bunjilaka Gallery focuses on history, culture, philosophy and contemporary issues. It is composed of five different areas used for dance or voice performances, storytelling, paintings and an indigenous garden. The entrance to the gallery is decorated with an impressive 50 metre mural.
